Chief Executive Officer & Board Member

André Risholm founded Amon Maritime in late 2019, with a professional background from the offshore shipping sector. Working in ship management, newbuilding project management and higher level technical fleet management, he has mostly been based in Norway and Brazil. André Risholm holds a M.Sc in Marine Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Steinar Kostøl is the Co-founder and CTO of Amon Maritime. He has a strong technical background from R&D of innovative marine power systems: gas engines and exhaust gas after-treatment, fuel gas supply systems (FGSS), and ship designs utilizing alternative fuels and batteries. Steinar Kostøl holds a M.Sc in Thermal Energy Systems from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU).​

Mads Haavardsholm

Mads Haavardsholm is a partner at the Ocean & Industry department of Thommessen, one of the largest law firms in Norway. He is also head of the firm's shipping department and has extensive experience working with Norwegian and international companies within the maritime and offshore industries.  He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Oslo.

Jarlsby has previously headed up shipping equity research in Fearnley Securities and holds a Master of Science in Finance from Warwick Business School.

Martin Langabo is the Head of Dry Bulk Chartering at Amon Maritime. He has extensive experience from the dry bulk shipping market, with a background in chartering and commercial shipping operations from companies including Eastern Bulk Carriers, Nordic Shipping and Western Bulk. At Amon Maritime, Martin works with developing and commercializing dry bulk shipping solutions. Martin holds a BSc in Maritime Business from Southampton Solent University.
